BUCLA SOFTWARE S.R.L. is an engineering studio registered in Slatina, Olt, delivering in Bucharest and across Romania. You work directly with the people writing the code — there is no account layer between you and the build.
02 — Who we are
Founded 2024. Four years of the work that led to it.
BUCLA SOFTWARE S.R.L. was registered in August 2024 in Slatina, Olt, under CAEN 6210 — custom software development. We build and run software of most kinds: websites and web apps, mobile, APIs and integrations, and the infrastructure underneath them. The company is new; the experience behind it is not.
The registered office is in Slatina, but delivery is not tied to it — we work with clients in Bucharest and across the country, and most collaboration happens remotely regardless of address.
We stay small on purpose: the person who scoped your system is the person who builds it and the person who answers when it misbehaves. For larger builds we bring in engineers we have worked with before, rather than hiring to fill a seat — which is why the size of a project is not what decides whether we take it.

Boring technology, on purpose
We pick the tool with the longest support history and the largest hiring pool, not the one trending this quarter. You should be able to replace us.

You talk to engineers
No account managers relaying requirements. The people building your system are in the room when it is discussed, which is why estimates hold.

We finish what we start
Every project gets closed out — deployed, documented, handed over. We take on what we can carry, whatever its size, and we do not disappear at ninety percent.
